Chiropractic Pricing

At Aura Chiropractic, we keep things simple, transparent, and centered on your care. We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. For your convenience, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards, and payment is due at the time of your visit. Please note: we are not enrolled in Medicare and are unable to serve Medicare-eligible patients.

New Patient Visit

$150 (60 minutes)

Your first visit focuses on understanding what your body has been navigating and how your nervous system is responding. We'll take time to review your history, perform a thorough chiropractic exam, and provide an initial treatment if appropriate. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's going on and what support could look like moving forward.

Care recommendations and visit type may vary based on your individual needs.

Follow-Up Extended Chiropractic Visit

$100 (30 minutes)

A longer visit for more complex concerns, multiple areas, or when a slower pace is helpful. Allows additional time for bodywork or cranial support as needed, alongside chiropractic adjustment.

Follow-Up Chiropractic Visit

$60

A standard chiropractic visit focused on restoring movement and supporting nervous system function. Most visits are around 15 minutes.

Why Self-Pay?

Aura Chiropractic is a self-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This decision allows us to spend more time focused on your care, without the limitations, restrictions, or rushed appointments that can come with insurance-based models. In many traditional clinics, insurance dictates the length of visits, types of treatments allowed, and how often you can be seen. By stepping outside of that system, we're able to provide longer, more personalized sessions, combine chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue work, and tailor each visit to what your body actually needs, not just what's reimbursable.

We know that navigating insurance in Seattle can be frustrating, especially for services like chiropractic, where coverage varies widely. As a self-pay provider, our pricing is clear, upfront, and free of surprise billing. You may even use your credit, debit, HSA, or FSA cards to pay for your visits. As we are not enrolled as Medicare providers, we are unable to see Medicare beneficiaries.

Ultimately, this model allows us to provide more intentional, empowering care, and spend our time where it matters most: helping you feel your best.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Aura Chiropractic, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, but to respect both your time and ours, we've put the following policy in place:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, without rescheduling, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will also incur a 100% fee.

This policy helps us maintain availability for other patients and keep the practice running smoothly. Please note that cancellation and no-show fees cannot be billed to insurance.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at 425-475-9948 or contact@aurachiropractic.life. Thank you for your understanding and support!
